The fastest way to reach this desk is email: [email protected]. A real person reads that inbox — not a ticketing system, not a form that disappears into nowhere.
What’s useful to send
- A correction. Link the report, quote the line you think is wrong, and if you can, link the source you’re checking it against. See how we wring a claim for how corrections get handled.
- A topic suggestion. If there’s a payment method, platform behaviour, or bonus-term pattern you think deserves its own report, say so and why.
- A press or partnership enquiry. Include what you’re proposing and any relevant background — generic pitch-list emails without specifics tend to go unanswered.
What this isn’t for
This isn’t a customer support channel for any casino platform we write about. If you have a dispute with an operator — a withheld withdrawal, a frozen account, an unresolved complaint — that goes to the platform’s own support first, and to the regulator that licensed them if it stays unresolved there. We don’t have the standing or the account access to intervene in an individual case, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
We also don’t run a tip line for gambling-industry insiders looking to place a story without their name attached to it — if that’s you, say so plainly in the email and we’ll decide case by case, but blind “I have information” messages with no specifics usually go nowhere.
How fast we reply
This is a small desk, not a newsroom with a support queue — expect a reply within a few business days, not a few hours. Corrections involving a factual error in a live report get priority.
Mailing address
Squeeze Community operates as an online-only publication and does not maintain a public mailing address at this time. Email is the only channel we monitor.
